Cinch Returns Applicants Guide
At Cinch, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient experience for our drivers. Our platform streamlines the entire process from application to earnings, ensuring that drivers can focus on delivering excellent service without unnecessary hassle. The driver experience is designed to be intuitive and supportive, making it easy for drivers to manage their schedules, accept jobs, and track their earnings.
IMPORTANT: Driver mode is only available in mobile.

Application Process:
The application process is fully automated through Checkr and managed financially through Stripe, ensuring quick and seamless onboarding.

How to Apply
In the Homepage select the hamburger menu icon.
Select Drive
The submenu will open.
Select Drive With Us
Tap on the submenu "Apply to Drive".
Select Apply Now
From the Drive with Cinch Page tap on Apply Now.
Requirements
To become a Cinch Driver, you must:

Be 18 or older

Pass a background check
-
Have a valid driver's license
-
Have a smartphone
-
Have access to a vehicle
-
Be able to lift 50 pounds
If you meet all requirements tap "Confirm".
Application
Application Process
Enter your legal name and last name as it is on your legal documents.
Email
Email cannot be changed.
Phone Number
Enter the phone number to the mobile phone you will be using with the Cinch platform.
Profile Image
Upload a selfie. This image will be publicly visible.
Home Address
Enter the address where you reside and select it from the dropdown. Some of the fields will auto-populate.
Date of Birth
Enter your date of birth.

SSN
Enter your social security number.

Drivers License
Enter your license information and upload an image of your driver's license.

Vehicle Information
Enter vehicle information and upload an image of your vehicle.
*Cinch collects, encrypts, and safely stores this information to keep you and our clients safe.
Insurance Information
Enter your insurance information.

Submit Application
Scroll up to the top and check your information. Press "Submit Application". If you see any errors, scroll down to the input in question (the input will be highlighted with a red border) and check your information.
Application Status Page
The Application Status Page provides real-time updates on the progress of your application. Here, you can see the current status of your application, any actions you need to take, and important notifications related to your application's review process.
Access Your Application Status Page
To access your application status page, first login and head to the user dashboard.
From the User Dashboard
On the top header, the "Drive" button will appear tap on it.
Application Statuses
Application Pending
Message: Application Pending. Your request has been sent.
Action: Please return to the Application Status page to check your application status.
Application Submitted
Message: Application Submitted. Your application has been received.
Action: Please return to the Application Status page to check your application status.
Application In Progress
Message: Application In Progress. Your application is being reviewed.
Action: Please return to the Application Status page for more information.
Application Under Review
Message: Application Under Review. Your application is being reviewed.
Action: Please return to this page to check your application status.
Application Under Consideration
Message: Application Under Consideration. We are reviewing your application.
Action: Please return to the Application Status page to check your application status.
Application Under Review
Message: Your application is currently being reviewed.
Action: Please return to the Application Status page to check your application status.
Background Check Required
Message: Profile review completed. Click to continue.
Action: Click the "Go to Checkr" button to proceed with your background check.
Background Check Requested
Message: Background Check Requested. Click to check your background status.
Action: Click the "Go to Checkr" button to check your background status.
New Link Requested
Message: A new link has been requested.
Action: Please return to the Application Status page to check your application status.
Application Clear
Message: Application Clear. Please proceed to link your bank account.
Action: Click the "Go to Stripe" button to link your bank account.
Application Approved
Message: Application Approved! Your application has been accepted.
Action: Click the "Go To Dashboard" button to proceed.
Application Cancelled
Message: Application Cancelled. Your application has been cancelled.

Your Driver Dashboard
The Driver Dashboard is your command center for managing your driving activities with Cinch. Here, you can view and accept job offers, track your earnings, manage your schedule, and update your profile information. The intuitive interface ensures you have all the tools you need to provide excellent service and stay organized, all in one place.
Access Your Driver Dashboard
In the Homepage select the hamburger menu icon.

Tap on the submenu "Driver Login".
