Just think of me as the person you come to for a cup of sugar, an extra egg, or as a last-minute cat sitter. While I have many means of helping out, my expertise is really in empowering people with the tools to navigate the process of making returns.
“Of what?” you might be asking yourself. Of making returns! That’s right. Returning a faulty device or a tad-too-small dress or a something you threw in the cart just to get your kid off your back is no easy feat. But guess what? I’m a guru. That’s right. I’ve studied the art of returns in the highest of the Himalayas and have come back with wisdom beyond recognition. Ok, it’s not quite that impressive. But I do want to share my knowledge with the masses.
